By Sally Delacruz

It is a common tradition of people to drink especially on occasions. That is why during celebrations, you would really find beer on the table. It is very seldom that they go missing since like wine, they have been considered the life of the party in this generation. But aside from the fun it accompanies, this favorite drink actually have many uses.

That is why if you have a restaurant or bar business, never let beer go out of stock in your store. This liquor is practically, the most demanded by customers. Instead, you can employ something better than selling bottled ones. For sure, you will gain much profit. One way of doing so is by installing any of the draft beer systems in your store. This is common in Huntersville, NC.

Actually draft beer has better quality compared to the bottled ones. That is because the bottled drinks have already been processed a lot. For this reason, they lost their freshness and some of the good qualities that fresh drinks have. But draft beer is taken fresh from the kegs, so you will really find it a lot more delightful than the processed ones.

This is the reason why people flock in bars which sell this kind of drink. Almost usually, people afford of the bottled ones that is why drinking those coming from the tap is something really rare. Not to mention, its freshness and of flavor is something which are really irresistible. That is why people very much adore beer that comes from the tap.

So, there are basically three common types of system used to serve draft beer in commercial areas. These three have their own differences but they do not change how the liquor tastes. So here are the three systems and their description. You will also know how they function and when to use them best. This way, you can discern which one to use on certain occasions.

So the very first kind is what you call the direct draw. This is the most comfortable one and for that, it is used in catering to outside gatherings such as programs, parties, and other events. That is because they are portable and can be contained in a bus. Basically, the kegs here are kept cool inside a cooling unit and are only five feet away from the main faucet.

The next one is the air cooled system. In this one, the kegs are housed in walk in coolers. Its cooling procedure makes use of a fan in order to circulate the air from the coolers into the ducts. This way, the coolness of the pipe lines are maintained. But unlike the direct draw, this one consumes a bigger space since the casks are situated twenty five feet from the faucet and can accommodate more kegs.

The third one however, is the type of system used by big bars in the industry. They are actually able to accommodate more casks than that of the air cooled since its distance is more than twenty five feet from the faucet itself. So it can basically produce a massive amount for a large population of consumers.

So in choosing which system to use for your business, consider first the situation of your store. Your success will depend on your discernment. However, you must not only discern which of the three to use. Most of all, you should know how to run them especially with regard to cleanliness.
