Cultural Tours And What They Provide Guests

By Pamela Kelly

A nation that has a dragon as its symbolic beast is a place that is taking a progressive leap into national culture. Their concept is not about national pride, nor of having stronger governments or leading the geopolitical game. This concept is related to a law newly put up for the constitution of the country.

This concept that was turned into law was the pursuit of an entire nation for a thing called Gross National Happiness. Cultural tours in Bhutan have been enhanced by this, and traditionally it has always been one reason that tourists go to the country. It is a culturally and geographically unique one that has been founded on Buddhist principles.

The state is landlocked, lying squarely within the Himalaya ranges. The forests here are broad, and winters are very cold, something conducive to people meditating and also for creating such breathtaking vistas. This nation is developing and it puts the principles of happiness first, making ambience that is amazing for guests.

This country is a very enlightened one, according to Buddhist tradition. Because the religion has been the only that has been in existence here for many centuries, and since the nation was once the most remote, it has developed a unique ideology here. The concept of GNH is part of this, and people here have always been happy.

The country is an enlightened one, and follows all the Buddhist principles. This is the religion that has founded the state and made it a peaceful for many centuries, and while its remote location may have been a factor, the religion has made its mark here. A concept like happiness is relevant to this, since it is prime precept for practicing Buddhists.

The people here are mostly doing agricultural work, some being half nomadic gatherers or shepherds. But they typically range only in the country, and will be very familiar with its territory. The whole nation is of course a big family, happily sharing with each other, a common fraternity that is also a unique item in their being the happiest of peoples.

Cultural tours to this nation can either be offered by travel agencies or national exchanges. There are also specific tours for educational purposes, and this is no longer a remote location because it has good facilities for aircraft. This might be Yeti country, but people can search for it with enough comfort and supplies.

People trek through the most exciting mountain passes here, but these are all checked for safety regularly by government and the most experienced guides who know the terrain. Laws are protective of nature, while conservation is an element that is also a religious one. While wood is still used, people will use this more efficiently, long practice has also created a way to preserve nature.

Usually, it is something that has been a tradition, whatever the type of government has been through the many centuries of its history. There have been many kings, and there is a constitutional monarchy now ruling over this country. There were very times that internal strife affected the nation, and most of the time it is peaceful here.
