The master does not do anything about it, besides scolding them in the aftermath because he has to pay for all the damages. Or worse, also joins into the fray. Because as much as we would like to think that he is a responsible old man, he still raised these children and they grew up to be like this mostly because of him.
Most of these times, Erza Scarlet, Titania of Fairytail, would yell the crap out of all of them. It helps that majority, if not all of the guild, are terrified of her. She is as strict, powerful and scary as she is beautiful.
You are fortunate she took this to court. Her father had half the mind to go straight to where you live and beat the ever loving pants out of you. We would have paid extra money to see that happen though.
