Complimentary access to the athletic club is included, and pets are welcome.

For those who need something a little larger, you might get a two bedroom, two and a half bath remodeled condo for under two hundred a night. These will accommodate six guests and offers them a huge recreation room with floor to ceiling windows, fully equipped kitchen, and spacious bedrooms. You can book lodgings right in the middle of town and walk everywhere, including to the lodge.

Town houses with two levels and an alpine feel are popular with tourists. Many love the open floor plan with soaring two story paneled great rooms. The fireplace is great for the winter months, and the decor is rustic and comfortable. Laundry rooms and wireless internet are standard.

Luxurious townhouses may cost a little more, but they are worth it for the magnificent views you can enjoy upstairs and down. Two master bedrooms with private baths are perfect for couples sharing vacation space. The ceilings are vaulted with plenty of natural light every month of the year. The televisions are huge, flat, and a great way to watch your favorite shows. Garages are enclosed.

You probably aren't visiting Mammoth Lakes to take advantage of the great rental properties, but they are a consideration. You can ski, swim, hike, or fish all day, have a great meal, and settle down at night in a luxurious and roomy condo or town house. This is a spectacular way to end a perfect day.
